The Dealer Services Administrator is responsible for completing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations related to Mutual Fund and Segregated Fund accounts and demographic information. This position has designated tasks to complete in addition to shared work within the Dealer Services Team, which supports internal teams across the HUB Financial/HUB Capital division.What You’ll DoResponsible for distributing Not-in-good-Order (NIGO) internallySet up system access to both Advisors and clients and troubleshoot access related issues.Responsible for processing, following up, and handling distribution invoices for Letters of Indemnity (LOI).Process cash transactions through A$M (FundSERV) or cheque requisitionComplete the daily Non-Financial Update (NFU) ReconciliationsComplete the monthly reconciliations for Advisor mismatchesTroubleshoot trade-related issues to comply with FundSERV standardsFacilitate and QC the quarterly statement productions with the back office provider and the printing company.Assist the Advisor Experience Specialist in onboarding new Mutual Fund advisorsCommunicate with Fund Companies and Carriers to resolve and address issuesWhat You’ll Need for SuccessCommunity college education or equivalent post-secondary diploma2 years investment industry experience, back office preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelKnowledge about FundSERV is an assetKnowledge about Client-Name account and Intermediary is an asset.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.Must possess a positive attitude with customer service focus.Ability to work efficiently and effectively, utilizing good time management skillsWhat’s in it for you?Your well-being is our priority, and we back this up with a wealth of benefits:Competitive Compensation: Benefit from a pay structure that includes incentives, bonuses, and opportunities to increase your earnings.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible work arrangements and generous time off to support your personal and professional life.Tailored Benefits: Access a personalized benefits package, including company-matched RRSPs, designed to meet your unique needs.Career Growth and Support: Invest in your future with HUB!
