Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Activation Analyst to support the activation and enablement of digital products for one of our leading clients in the digital technology sector. This is a temporary role based in Toronto, ON, offering a competitive rate of $48.65 per hour. Your contributions will be essential in driving operational excellence, compliance, and scalability within product operations.
  • Pay rate: $48.65/hour.
  • Location: Toronto, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Drive product activation across multiple domains, focusing on user access, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Prepare structured data files for uploads, ensuring compatibility and version control.
  • Apply tagging and logical data frameworks to improve data usability.
  • Use Excel and Power BI to analyze large data sets, uncover trends, and build actionable dashboards.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and risks in workflows, proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, IT, and business teams.
  • Document business use cases, functional requirements, and processes.
  • Maintain and evolve process documentation and best practices.
  • Ensure structured organization and version control of documentation and data.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data-focused, product operations, or business analyst role.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
  • Power BI experience for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills and familiarity with tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Asana.
  • Experience with user access, entitlements, or permissioning-related data.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Strong communicator, capable of translating data insights to non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems independently.
