  • Consults customer prints in order to execute jobs and tasks to specification
  • Assesses equipment, structures, materials, and job specifications for appropriate welding positions and methods
  • Monitors equipment for appropriate usage and temperature
  • Maintains CWB standards and specifications.
  • Observe and follow RIPCO ISO Standards
  • Develops working knowledge of welding specifications used for welding a variety of materials and components
  • Operates specialized equipment for industrial welding.
  • Trims metal components using heat, grinding, and plasma torches.
  • Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
  • During operations Operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine and workspace
  • Communicates all production related items to next shift operators or shift supervisors.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:
  • 1 year of welding experience
  • Great energy & a positive attitude
  • The ability work independently or in a team
