- Support the design and delivery of land development projects as part of multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects - greenfield, infill and beyond
- Prepare technical drawings and reports using AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Assist with permit applications and approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior engineers
- Contribute to project coordination and quality control
- Advance your career in a self-motivated and driven work setting
- Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in land development engineering
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Familiarity with Ontario's land development process
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
