Could It Be You?The Senior Collections Reporting & Strategy Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting while supporting the development and optimization of collections strategies. This role analyzes collections data, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and provides actionable insights to improve recovery rates, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance. The analyst partners closely with operations, risk, and analytics teams to evaluate collection strategies, design reports, and drive data-informed decision making. Additionally, the role leverages advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance collections strategies, automate reporting and identify process improvement opportunities.This role requires in-depth knowledge of the source data repositories across the enterprise and the expertise to summarize complex data models to create critical dashboards for senior management.
