- you will be part of a team of over 700 independent adjusters from 9 other provinces, 2 territories;
- your career can grow into other lines of claims, branch management, across Canada into other branches, or new roles - the sky is the limit;
- you will work on industry-leading software, designed by an adjuster for adjusters and kept modern with our in-house team of programmers and developers;
- you will be supported by experienced local claims support, centralized after hours support, and dictation services;
- your claims load is driven by senior executives and business development staff from coast to coast;

- Handling, investigation and management of claims
- Review coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements
- Ensure appropriate coverage is in place
- Follow guidelines and instructions
- Prepare documents and mandatory forms as required
- Manage a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Manage reserves, payments, and financials
- Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
- Builder or construction experience is a definite asset
- Ability to be obtain an adjusters license
- Previously demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills
- Demonstrated behaviors showing initiative and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
- Proven ability to contribute to and work well with a team environment
- All other computer applications – must have the aptitude and ability to learn as required
- Valid Driver’s license
