- Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls; take and relay messages accurately
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, filing and data entry
- Coordinate shipping with courier companies
- Coordinate meetings, order food
- Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure a well-stocked workplace
- File company documents and process invoices
- Prepare and send letters, faxes, memos, and emails as required
- Support general office operations and contribute to special projects as assigned
- Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable handling general office software
- Experience with accounts receivable
- Familiar with JD Edwards/SAP is considered an asset
- Show a willingness to learn and take initiative with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills with a respectful and diplomatic demeanor
- Highly organized and resourceful, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and able to switch between tasks quickly when priorities change
