The Senior Program Manager develops and executes strategies in support of the Clients marketing and sales directions, in addition to monitoring Key Performance Indicators and team effectiveness in order to maximize the Program personnel’s service offering. The Senior Program Manager anticipates issues, supports the Team, and identifies regional needs to enhance physician and patient experience. The Senior Program Manager acts as a key liaison with the PSP team from the Client.Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide senior leadership on key client accounts
- Ensure excellence of program execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Establish performance standards and monitor achievement
- Achieve Business Plan goals and meet the financial targets established for the Program
- Lead the strategic planning process to evolve and grow the business
- Anticipate and respond to a rapidly changing market with insight and innovation
- Oversee Program contracts with respect to timelines, SLAs, KPIs and delivery of monthly billings and reports
- Report all Adverse Events (AE) and Product Technical Complaints (PTC) immediately or as soon as possible upon becoming aware of the event as per current policies and procedures.

- University degree or equivalent industry-related experience. Business, healthcare professional designation and/or post-graduate degree an asset.
- Seven to ten years account management experience and/or previous pharmaceutical brand management experience or equivalent
- Proven customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interaction
- Strong financial acumen and hands on budget management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of provincial drug reimbursement programs and third-party drug coverage issues and bilingualism are assets
