- Coordinating training activities, including communicating with trainers, managing course registration, preparing materials and coordinating the venue/platform and equipment, maintaining attendance records, and following up on evaluations, payment to vendors, etc.
- Maintaining our training software, including entering training into the system, updating information, removing training that is no longer available, etc.
- Manage training calendar, catalogue and website as it pertains to training
- Keep training content up to date, create new course syllabi
- Respond to customer requests, submit quotes, obtain purchase orders, conduct follow ups, invoicing
- Obtain customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives for training
- Produce various reports for the management team
- Participate in the implementation of training processes
- Write, update, translate, scan and file various documents
- Participate in other related marketing projects
- Studies in a relevant filed such office or business administration
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in French and English
- Must have a strong attention to detail, initiative, and be quality focused
- Possess a strong desire to learn and to succeed in filling training courses
