I'm currently hiring an IT Support Technician (Level 1) for a growing Quebec-based organization operating in a multi-site distribution environment, currently undergoing a strong technological transformation.
You'll join a collaborative, user-focused IT Operations team.

As part of the IT Operations team, you will provide technical support across multiple locations, ensuring system availability and user satisfaction.
You will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing IT support to users across head office, retail locations, and distribution center
  • Managing and resolving support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Managing workstations (Windows 10/11, macOS)
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 environment (F1-E5, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Managing IT asset lifecycle (deployment, maintenance, inventory)
  • Participating in IT projects and deployments
  • Documenting processes and procedures
  • Training users on Microsoft tools and internal systems
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of support services
  • Participating in on-call rotation (evenings and weekends)
Profil recherché (en)
We're looking for a hands-on, service-oriented IT technician comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
What we're looking for:
  • College diploma in IT or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of:
o Windows 10/11 and macOS
o Microsoft 365 (F1-F3, E1-E5, Teams, SharePoint)
o Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience supporting POS systems
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 POS (asset)
  • Experience in retail or multi-site environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced bilingualism (French/English required)
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Salary: $50,000-$55,000 (fixed)
