
Sr. Marketing Manager, Growth & Engagement

- Lead marketing investment priorities, inputs, and budget management for the Prime Video Canada business by partnering with local and global stakeholders
- Identify areas of growth with Amazon business units both within and outside of Prime Video, and develop partnership mechanisms that drives implementation
- Owns reporting on acquisition and engagement metrics, with ability to identify drivers of performance and partner on solutions with product marketing teams
- Manage external, non-paid partnership marketing for the Prime Video Canada business
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Strong relationship management, negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of marketing channels and customer-facing metrics
- Track record of identifying opportunities and setting own initiativesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
