Ready to suit up as a Casual Tactical Security GuardWe are currently seeking experienced and professional Security Guards for a temporary tactical site assignment. This is a high-responsibility role requiring individuals who can maintain a strong security presence, respond effectively to incidents, de-escalate tense situations effectively and follow strict site protocols. Successful candidates must have access to a reliable personal vehicle due to the nature and location of the site.What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.Note: This is a time-sensitive assignment. Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard
  • Patrol designated areas and monitor site activity to detect and prevent security breaches
  • Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
  • Control site access and verify credentials of all personnel and visitors
  • Respond swiftly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and emergency services if needed
  • Ensure compliance with all company and site-specific security policies
  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times
Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard
  • Valid Security Guard License (must be current and in good standing)
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certificate required
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in security, preferably in tactical or high-risk environments
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and incident response skills
  • Ability to work independently in potentially remote or high-risk environments
  • Availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
