Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst to perform Manual testing and lead QA activities to enable Claims Management System (CMS) releases in an agile development environment

- 6+ years' (real time) work experience testing software as Manual Tester including functional and non-functional test approaches such as system, E2E, UAT & UI testing, database and API.
- 5+ years experience in developing test strategy, create test plans, test cases and driving the test planning process within Agile development environment
- Working knowledge of Automation tools such as Katalon Studio, Selenium.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or a similar tool to maintain tasks, manage backlogs, maintain test case repositories, etc.
- Holds Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner, or commitment to take the course and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) majors
- Analyzing and understanding requirements to prepare test strategies and plans, including test estimates.
- Creating test plans, test cases and test data.
- Reusing and combining IT and Business test scenarios and test cases.
- Reporting test results including defect/bugs including steps to reproduce, screenshots, impact and severity and exposing in a QA Dashboard.
- Adhering to company's QA standards and processes.
- UAT triage support, coordinating between the business areas.
- Reviewing requirements created by business engineers and checking for gaps.
- Investigation and root cause analysis of production incidents.
- Managing and executing internal and external interfaces.
- QA feature lead on CMS initiatives.
- Collaborating with multiple teams and product stakeholders.
- Coordinating, knowledge transfer, and mentoring the work of QA team members.
