- Operates Cisco IP Telephone System to relay incoming and interoffice calls.
- Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs them to the proper person and/or office.
- Receives, sorts, and posts all incoming mail
- Prepares invoices to be mailed
- General administrative and clerical support
- Performs additional administrative office functions and special projects as needed
- Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Keyboard skills.
- Utiliser un système téléphonique IP Cisco pour acheminer les appels entrants et internes.
- Accueillir tous les visiteurs de façon courtoise, déterminer leurs besoins et les guider vers la personne ou le bureau approprié.
- Recevoir, trier et distribuer tout le courrier entrant.
- Préparer les factures à envoyer par la poste.
- Accomplir des tâches générales de soutien administratif.
- Assumer des tâches administratives supplémentaires et participer à des projets spéciaux, au besoin.
- Posséder les qualités et compétences exigées des employés de TKMNA.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente.
- Connaissance des procédures administratives générales.
- Connaissance de l'informatique et des logiciels pertinents.
- Connaissance des principes et pratiques en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Maîtrise de la technique de dactylographie.
