Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive - North America (AI & Supply Chain IT Services)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth across North America, focusing on selling AI-driven solutions and Supply Chain IT services to large enterprise customers. This role is responsible for acquiring new logos, expanding existing accounts, and leading complex, consultative sales engagements.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise sales, a strong understanding of supply chain transformation, and the ability to position AI-led solutions as a strategic advantage for clients.Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and achieve revenue targets for enterprise accounts across North America.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (hunter role).
- Expand wallet share within existing strategic accounts.
- Position AI-driven solutions and supply chain IT services to address business challenges.
- Lead consultative sales cycles, aligning offerings to client transformation goals.
- Articulate value propositions around automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, Supply Chain leaders).
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Drive long-term partnerships and customer success.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including qualification, solutioning, proposal development, and negotiations.
- Manage complex, multi-million-dollar deals with long sales cycles.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and delivery alignment.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for key industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, logistics, CPG).
- Identify emerging trends in AI and supply chain technology.
- Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Provide feedback to shape offerings and GTM strategies.
- Support partnerships and alliances where relevant.
Experience
- 8-15 years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, consulting, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of selling into North American enterprise accounts.
- Experience in AI, analytics, or supply chain technology/services is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals ($1M+).
- Strong consultative selling and solutioning skills.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, procurement, etc.).
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with strong pipeline management discipline.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales targets.
- Growth in new enterprise logos and expansion within key accounts.
- Strong pipeline development and conversion rates.
- Establishment of trusted advisor relationships with clients.
