A forward-thinking assisted living community is seeking an experienced LPN to join the nursing team as a Night Shift Supervisor.In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination for our diverse resident population.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor residents' health status and adjust care plans accordingly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide clinical leadership and support to LPNs and Care Aides
Liaise with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards
Qualifications:
Current LPN license with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior care or case management role
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
Proficient with electronic health records and data management
