Adecco is currently hiring a Site Supervisor for a full-time opportunity based across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, site-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil projects.As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily construction activities across various project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and specifications. This position requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to managing crews, materials, and site operations.Pay Rate: $100,000 - $150,000/yearLocation: GTA, ON (Site-based)Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with flexibility as needed)Contract: PermanentVacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finishManage project schedules, resources, equipment, and materials to meet deadlines and budget requirementsConduct site inspections and field reviews to ensure quality standards and compliance with specificationsEnsure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed on-siteCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong communication and workflowMonitor project progress and address any delays, risks, or issues proactivelyReview completed work, identify deficiencies, and ensure timely resolution prior to project close-outPerform field measurements and maintain accurate documentation including reports, logs, and site recordsTrack labour hours and productivity to minimize inefficiencies and maintain project performanceCommunicate any scope changes or issues to project and contract management teamsSupport seasonal operations as required, including potential after-hours or overnight workRequirementsMust be eligible to work and reside within CanadaDiploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3+ years of experience in a Site Supervisor or similar construction roleExperience with civil construction projects such as excavation, sewer, and watermain work is strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, site-based environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with construction management software (e.g., B2W) is an assetAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamValid driver's license and ability to travel between project sitesWhy Work with This ClientOpportunity to work on diverse and impactful construction projects across the GTAEstablished and reputable organization with a strong presence in the industrySupportive team environment with opportunities for growth and advancementCompetitive compensation and long-term career stabilityDynamic role offering hands-on leadership and project ownershipInterested in this position?
