This role also reinforces our long-term commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.As a Maintenance Millwright, you’ll bring technical skill and problem-solving expertise to the heart of our operation, helping maintain reliability today while strengthening performance for the future.What You’ll Be Accountable For:
  • Production Support: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and restore operations safely and efficiently.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a maintenance subject-matter expert, supporting teams with troubleshooting and repair solutions.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Execute and improve corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Record maintenance work, parts usage, and service details accurately and on time.
  • Equipment Reliability: Maintain machinery, utilities, and facilities to meet operations, safety, and quality standards.
  • Project Support: Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and new projects from design through execution.
  • Contractor Coordination: Oversee external contractors to ensure work meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, safety, and equipment performance.
  • Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Compliance & Safety: Follow Quality Management System, Health & Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental requirements.
What you’ll bring
  • Certified Industrial Millwright qualification with proven industrial experience
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, and packaging systems
  • Experience with preventative and reliability-focused maintenance practices
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Comfort working with contractors and cross-functional teams
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge is an asset
  • Electrician license is an asset
  • A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
