- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for all P&C platforms to maximize business value and user experience.

- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members.
- Oversee configuration and testing activities to ensure platforms are optimized for business process needs/requirements and compliant with governance standards.
- Establish and maintain robust testing protocols and documentation practices.
- Lead deployment planning and execution for new platform implementations, enhancements, and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with Technology to ensure deployment activities align with broader enterprise architecture and infrastructure standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across configuration, testing, training, and communications.
- Develop and manage deployment timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and post-deployment support plans.
- Ensure deployment activities are well-documented, and lessons learned are captured to inform future initiatives.
- Partner with Change Management teams to support user enablement and adoption.
- Own and manage a proactive release schedule across platforms, ensuring timely adoption of new features and capabilities.
- Partner with Technology and vendor teams to coordinate platform upgrades and enhancements.
- Co-manage our P&C platform vendors to drive increased performance, roadmap alignment and service delivery.
- Provide input into vendor performance evaluations and contract discussions, ensuring P&C needs are represented.
- Act as a strategic partner and consultant to P&C leaders and other cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into platform solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology, platform management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading platform strategy, configuration, testing, deployment, and release management in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) and their functional capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and executive influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience partnering with Technology teams on platform architecture, integration, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 to $206,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
