Join us now and point your career forward!Job SummaryNow, if you were to come on board as our Manager of Safety Programs, Systems and Data Integration we’d ask you to do the following for us:
  • Provide leadership and serve as a point of escalation to the Systems and Data Team on all matters related to our safety partners, systems and company data
  • Provide coaching and advice to direct reports, leadership on best practices to facilitate the implementation of strategic goals and awareness of emerging trends and policies
  • Manage all aspects of the Steritech Program including contract negotiation, audit refusals and yearly budget
  • Support in the analytics for company data using Steritech portal, Origami, 24/7 and SharePoint; keep up to date on policy changes, government initiatives; and deliver presentations as necessary to operational leadership to provide updates on departmental goals
  • Developing and building reporting solutions and automating processes to support data-driven decision-making
  • Integrate data insights into safety protocols and improvement strategies
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing, and financial processes for safety programs
  • Lead projects for the continuous improvement of CGC safety programs, including consulting with leadership to develop action plans and programs (e.g., implement new training, maintain Ontario Safety Excellence Program in partnership with the Programs team

  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role, health and safety background preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience with systems including PowerBI, Steritech, Origami, and Microsoft tools
  • Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • French language skills are an asset
