- Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6, incorporating all design, procurement, permitting, and construction activities, etc.
- Establish baseline schedules in coordination with project milestones and contractual obligations.
- Ensure logical sequencing of activities, proper links, and accurate reflection of project dependencies and constraints.
- Participate in schedule development workshops with internal teams and subcontractors.

- Regularly update the schedule to reflect actual progress and planned changes.
- Conduct reviews with the construction team and adjust as needed.
- Track and report on critical path activities and flag schedule risks or potential delays.
- Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports highlighting progress, milestone achievements, and forecasted completion dates.
- Assist in producing progress reports and project performance metrics.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop recovery schedules when delays occur and support schedule mitigation planning.
- Analyze variances and identify root causes of schedule slippage.
- Incorporate schedule changes due to design revisions, scope adjustments, or unforeseen conditions.
- Develop basic "what-if" scenarios and support contingency planning efforts.
- Create detailed micro-schedules for specific work packages upon request from construction or engineering teams.
- Interface with project stakeholders, JV partners, finance teams, procurement, and the Contracting Authority on schedule matters.
- Prepare internal and/or external presentations as required.
- Foster a culture of awareness and accountability across both project and internal teams.
