The Manager is responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with core brand partners, ensuring alignment with Holt Renfrew's business objectives and overall growth strategy. Additionally, this role will oversee and manage the corporate gift card program. This role involves actively engaging in the following key responsibilities:Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Cultivate, grow, and sustain relationships with key strategic participants, including brand partners, to establish and maintain impactful partnershipsLead the development, execution, and refinement of comprehensive multi-channel partner strategies aimed at driving partner profitability and enhancing the overall customer experience while growing market shareDevelop and strengthen relationships with core brand partners, working collaboratively to align strategies and goals for mutual successIdentify opportunities for revenue growth through innovative partnerships, unlocking new high-margin revenue streams and creating value for Holt Renfrew and its partnersIntegrate relevant services, experiences, and benefits into partnership initiatives to enhance the value proposition for Holt Renfrew's diverse customer baseEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsManage work back, program flow and implementation with both internal and external teams ensuring all program deliverables are met on budget and on timeStay on top of market and industry trends and identifying new opportunities to drive traffic and appeal to new and existing audiencesSupporting with preparation of marketing strategies for key vendor seasonal/annual business reviews including program and budget forecast, postmortems, ROI, brand & division customer analytic overviews and new strategic ideasSupporting with preparation of internal and external presentations to communicate divisional marketing strategies, plans, vendor proposals and tactics as required (e.g. GM conference & vendor meeting inputs, vendor proposals)Oversee Corporate Gift Card Program by strengthening and expanding strategic loyalty partnerships.Assist with annual budget planning with direct responsibility for monthly division forecasting, ongoing billing and tracking of all event expensesPrioritize program implementations including critical paths, monitoring of progress, development of launch materials, communication and results trackingEffectively manage and deliver flawless execution “end to end” of all programsComply with all Health & Safety policies and requirementsEnsure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.The ideal candidate:Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience8+ years of post-university work experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a business development, client management or sales roleProven success driving new business and building relationships with external partnersDemonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things doneExcellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as requiredConfident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skillsIs adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and changeHighly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skillsPassionate about fashion and luxury retailingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Hiring Reason - Existing Vacancy#SSCSJHolt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
