You actively leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar to accelerate development, improve quality, and rethink how work gets done across the SDLC.You’re comfortable owning components or workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously looking for ways to innovate and improve delivery.The WorkYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver modern, AI-enabled applications. Responsibilities may include:Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Angular and .NET/C#Translate business and system requirements into scalable technical designs and high-quality implementationsApply AI-software design principles, leveraging tools like Copilot or Claude for development, testing, and documentationContribute across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deploymentDesign and implement front end screens, APIs and integrationsBuild and deploy solutions using cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutionsContinuously improve code quality, performance, and team productivity through automation and innovationWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related disciplineOver 5 years of experience as a full stack developerStrong expertise in Angular (frontend) and .NET/C# (backend)Proven experience building custom applications (not just off-the-shelf implementations)At least 6 months of hands-on experience using AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar)Experience using AI tools to support development, requirements gathering, and/or testingExperience working in Agile and DevOps environmentsSolid understanding of software design principles, APIs, and integration patternsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsEnglish is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market.
