Our main area of service occurs in the busy corridor between Calgary, Red Deer, and Edmonton, and we do have staff and/or drivers based in each of these major cities.Job Title: Customer Services Administrator(An Internship Opportunity for Fall 2025)Job Summary:CSA support our customers by identifying what and when they need their assets shipped and then recommending the service we can offer, providing quotes for service and getting orders booked for dispatch through to billing for our service. CSAs may be assigned specific customer accounts, which are typically our higher-profile customers with larger volumes of transactions or specific requirements. Also, to provide updates and communicate information during transit and post-delivery. As well as to create invoices capturing all revenue and to calculate driver bills.Job Responsibilities:1. Emails, Calls, Portal
Booking orders and creating quotes as per customer request.
Supporting customers, giving quotes, booking orders, and providing eta.
Accepting new orders/tenders. Spot quotes.
Making sure emails and portal messages are replied to within 30 minutes.
2. Billing for service, SOPs updating. Driver bills
Billing customers for our service per their agreed rates and calculating driver bills.
Monitoring the Admin shared inbox
Create and update customer SOPs.
Document management and filing.
Accepting and contributing to other tasks as related to the position and skill.

4. Conditions
An internship opportunity for (17 weeks - Fall 2025), for students in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/ Business/ or related field (preferably fourth year students/ about to graduate).
A Work Integrated Learning agreement, signed by the student and their academic institution, confirming that the placement furthers their studies, is a must to submit.
A proof of enrolment for the term that they are applying for is required.
A learning plan, written by the student and signed by them and the employer, is required.
