RequirementsMust-Haves:
  • Valid Quebec real estate license
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • 20+ hours/week available for leasing activity
  • Comfortable in a commission-only structure
  • Commitment to long-term career growth in real estate
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Driver’s license and car.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Rental experience (less than 2 years).
