- Manage daily branch activities and employees including; hiring, retention, performance, goal & priority setting
- Achieve branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of current customers
- Search for and utilize more efficient and economical methods of operations and opportunities to increase profitability
- Develop and implement action plans for achieving branch objectives
- Identify trends, problems, opportunities and maintain awareness of market conditions
- Prepare and adhere to corporate budgets
- Allocate funds appropriately across departments
- Share knowledge with other branches and head office on effective on best practices, business opportunities and needs
- Adhere and ensure compliance to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Ensure strong safety culture in branch and that all Flynn processes and safety guidelines are adhered to
- Ensure client satisfaction and proper branch operation.
- Review production costs and product quality, and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of branch

- Minimum 10 years of construction related and managerial experience
- Bachelor's Degree is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills
- Entrepreneurial business orientation and a demonstrated achievement in bottom-line results
- Good knowledge of roofing and/or building envelope industry
- Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and commitment to a safe work environment
