Description :Member AdvisorWe’re looking for a Member Advisor to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our member service team. Candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products, services, and omni channels to meet our members’ needs. The key responsibilities for this role include:
Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!
Respond to members’ inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
Promote and sell cash and non-cash related products and services.
Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members’ banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200km) as required.
Innovation’s Travel Practice Guidelines will be followed.
Qualifications:
Completion of a high school diploma/GED.
A people person who possesses excellent communication skills.
Someone who values Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.
Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company’s assets and reputation.
Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, PowerBI).
