- Build compelling in-store product displays and merchandising setups that align with national and regional marketing strategies.
- Support promotional campaigns with precision, ensuring materials like signage, value-adds, and shelf talkers are perfectly executed.
- Regularly visit key accounts, offering exceptional service and maintaining strong store-level relationships.
- Monitor inventory and merchandising conditions, resolving issues independently when possible and escalating when necessary.
- Track and report promotional implementation and store-level activity, contributing to territory performance goals.
- Lift and transport promotional materials and cases of product (up to 40 lbs.) safely and efficiently.
- Proven customer service or sales experience, ideally in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (car allowance of $50/day provided).
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (3 days/week), with increased availability during peak months (October–December).
- Must reside in or near Lethbridge AB.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
