Brandt is currently seeking a bilingual Preventive Maintenance Service Writer in our Regina location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as, the day-to-day task of supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business.#LI-onsiteDuties and Responsibilities
  • Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system
  • Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration
  • Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information
  • Review, close and invoice completed jobs
  • Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians
  • Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool
  • Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers
  • Manage Prepaid agreements
  • Utilize John Deere Link to monitor & track customer’s machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts
  • Other related duties as assigned
Required SkillsRequired Experience
  • Experience and understand maintenance of construction equipment
  • Experience in service delivery activities and processes
  • Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred
  • Strong communication skills; timeliness, organized, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to in multi-task at a high-volume workload environment
  • Knowledge of contracts and associated processes’ management
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions
  • Bilingual in English and French
