-Answer and transfer calls and take messages.
-Weekly coordination of mail and couriers (sorting/sending/receiving).
-Provide support for the sales team and Branch Sales Manager.
-Routine paperwork and filing as required.
-Accurately enter data into the CRM (SalesForce) and Mainframe system.
-Enter orders and process credit card payments.
-Assist the Sales team with inside sales and making sure data gets imputed into the CRM
-Create and maintain a positive company image by promoting products and services.
-Through telephone and email requests, assist with the preparation of and submit all components for timely and accurate product, technical, pricing information and quotes.
-Work closely with the sales team to promptly follow-up on all sales leads.
-Coordinate handling of customer inquiries and issues.
-Cultivate and maintain professional working relationships with clients.
-Alert the purchasing department of low inventory items as noticed when processing orders.
-Obtain freight rates and coordinate outbound LTL shipments.
-Coordinate with the operations team to schedule deliveries
-Ensure all written and oral communication with clients is accurate, effective, and professional.
-Expand market awareness of company through effective communication of the features, benefits and value proposition of the Company's products, services, and industry experience.Assets
-5+ Years of Customer Service/Order Entry experience
-Experience with order entry for multiple products at one time
-Proficient in the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (i.e. Salesforce) is an asset
-Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Slides) would be beneficial.
-Interested in gaining team lead experience
