
SAP BASIS - Manager

- Provide recommendations and guidance for the tuning and optimization of the SAP landscape to our clients
- Manage BASIS initiatives across multiple clients and help manage their deliverables on schedule and accurately
- Install, Configure, Administer and Support SAP S/4 HANA, ERP6.00 EHP Systems, Process Integration / Process Orchestration (PI/PO), BW / BW4HANA, BPC, NetWeaver Fiori/Gateway (Embedded and Distributed), Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects Platform (Business Intelligence and Data Services), and Lumira Platform, etc.
- Architect, Install, Configure, Administer and Monitor HANA, MaxDB, Sybase ASE, SQLAnywhere, and MS SQL Databases
- Perform and Support SAP System and SAP Client Refreshes customers
- Administer, manage and support SAP clients, transports, users, roles, gateway
- Day-to-Day system monitoring of a 3 tier SAP landscape with multiple integration points for ABAP, Java, and other SAP systems
- Perform Solution Manager Basic, Managed System Configuration, EWA, Technical Monitoring, CTS+, BPMon, Solution Desk, ChaRM, etc.
- Plan and Implement ABAP-based Support pack stack, Support Pack Upgrades, Language Installs, etc.
- Document Standards, Systems Architecture, runbooks, and monitoring Infrastructure
- Perform Knowledge Transfer sessions for various types of audiences
- Actively participate in the knowledge transfer and sharing process with other consultants
- Provide guidance and support to SAP Basis / Technology Architecture resources
- Effectively manage diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.

- Ability to lead a team of consulting and client professionals on multiple projects.

- A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 7+ years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 6-8 years of related work experience
- Experience in SAP System installations, System Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Add on deployments, System Rename, Dual stack split, Kernel upgrade, Host agent installation/upgrade, Client copy procedures etc.
- Experienced in SAP System installations, System Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Add on deployments, System Rename, Dual stack split, Kernel upgrade, Host agent installation/upgrade, Client copy procedures. Experience with SAP Fiori is preferred
- 2+ years of Project lead experience that includes at least 1 full S/4 HANA project life-cycle in a lead role preferred
- Wide Experience in SAP HANA Database Administration, SAP S4HANA/NW/ERP versions starting from NW 7.0 and ECC 4.6.
- Ability to drive the client to make difficult decisions during transformation programs, navigate complex business problems, and translate to SAP functional requirements.
- Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies.
