We keep our customers’ worlds on.From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as Service Team LeaderYou will be based in our Brampton, ON service Center reporting to the Service Center ManagerYears of experience managing a team of 10+ technical employeesProvide functional and technical support to the team in coordinating all activities within the assigned regionManage a diverse team of multi-skilled technicians and rigorously adhere to safety practices and quality standardsEnsure that facilities and work areas are safe, clean, and fully operationalHandle purchase order of parts and service order executionProvide effective and timely support to customers and service center teamSchedule and coordinate the appropriate and timely deployment of fleet and staff for daily activities and project workResponsible for the maintenance of Electronic Daily TimesheetsDrives adherence to business practices and cost controls to ensure profitabilityCoordinate the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment and resolves fleet discrepanciesAccountable for inventory accuracy and cycle countsAssist with Equipment allocation and assist all stakeholders involved in the processProvision of reporting and analysis for Service Center ManagerPersonally champion and ensure effective adherence to company policies and proceduresAble to travel 20 to 30% yearly and be on callYou are:Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industryProficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP systemExcellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and Leadership skillsStrong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting prioritiesManagement experience in a diverse and technical environment requiredHere’s what you’ll get:Competitive compensation packageAnnual bonus program tied to company and individual performanceSalary Range CAD $90K - $108KNo cost medical plan option availablePaid training programsCareer growth opportunities and tuition reimbursementSafety-focused cultureOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
