- Assist the IRAD management team in tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Prepare, update, and organize project files, meeting minutes, and internal reports in accordance with standards.
- Compile project metrics, track progress, and assist in analyzing key performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Communicate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to gather status updates and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Support adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards relevant to defense programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Conduct research and literature reviews to inform future project planning.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and IRAD proposals.
- Assist in the evaluation of emerging technologies and potential research opportunities.
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration (Project Management focus), or a related technical field.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Team-based experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Effective communicator in English and French (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Able to obtain Control Goods certification.
