Location: North York, ONStart Date: 27-03-2026Date Added: 27-03-2026Status: Accepting CandidatesIndustry: IndustrialDescription:Can-Tech Services, one of the leaders in employment opportunities, has been providing expert staffing solutions for over 50 years.Can-Tech Services is currently looking for Candidates for a Full-Time position located in the North York Area (Keele and Steeles) to work as a MIG Welder on Day and Afternoon Shift.Shift Time:Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 7:15 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:15 am to 3 pm
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 4:30 pm – 2 am, Friday 3:30 pm – 12:00 amPay Rate: $21 – $24 (Depending on the experience)Duties & Responsibilities as MIG Welder

Ensures equipment is in safe and proper working condition prior to use.
Receives steel case assembly from previous operation.
Using appropriate jigs/fixtures, operates manual MIG-welding equipment to fuse metal case parts together according to blueprint specification
Use of various measuring tools.
Ensures the work area is clean and free of hazards.
Other duties as assigned by Lead Hand and/or Supervisor.
