We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities!We are seeking a driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.   • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems
Customer Relationship Building
  • Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
  • Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
  • Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience
Sales Execution
  • Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
  • Overcome objections and close enrollments
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Bilingual Customer Support
  • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
  • Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with operations and program teams
  • Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
Requirements

  • Background in inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and hit targets
  • Pipeline & CRM Discipline
  • Experience managing leads and tracking activity in CRM systems
  • Organized and consistent in follow-ups
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Confident, clear, and engaging communicator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and youth
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Required to effectively support our diverse community

  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
