- Leading a team of actuaries undertaking work for insurance companies and Commercial Risk clients including providing leadership regarding product development and quality of work output.
- Adherence to the quality control framework as well as continuous improvement
- Providing leadership for both ongoing work and projects in relation to data management, rating manual development and fleet software tool delivery and enhancements, loss forecasting, accruals, self-insurance funds, ORSA, FCT and cash flow analysis
- Collecting and organizing data in support of the insurance company consulting business
- Maintaining effective relationships with staff members within the Aon network
- Maintain client relationships and participate in the building of new ones.
- Execute on client services needs both routine and unique.
- Support the National Practice Leader with business development.
- Communicates with team members in a constructive manner, regularly provides unsolicited feedback.
- Develops people by providing ongoing coaching and feedback, provides opportunities for others to increase knowledge and responsibilities.
- Holds direct reports accountable for their performance; effectively leads/manages others to produce results.

- Contributes ideas and participates in AGRC global initiatives.
- Is committed to the strategy and growth of AGRC Americas practice groups outside area of expertise.
- Develops innovative ways to bring different AGRC Americas practice groups together to bring unique solutions to our clients.
- Manages timely delivery of forecasts, budgets, and other operational information to Aon Global Risk Executive Management.
- Acts with integrity always and works every day in a way that positively impacts our clients, colleagues and communities.
- FCAS is required.
- Strong communication skills
- Require strong computer skills; knowledge of ReservePro, @Risk ReMetrica and “R” would be valuable and
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
