The Electrical Engineering Designer will be responsible for designing transformers and reactors ranging from simple to medium complexity. While technical guidance will be available, the role requires independent engineering decisions and the ability to carry designs from concept through to production. The designer is expected to deliver high-quality, practical solutions that meet requirements, align with schedules, and support both manufacturing and customer needs.This position involves reviewing application requirements, preparing technical quotes, and ensuring designs remain consistent with factory costs. Once projects are confirmed, the designer will prepare optimized designs and full manufacturing input packages, working closely with drafting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The role also includes supporting manufacturing, reviewing and approving test reports, and providing assistance with field or quality issues.
