Title: Senior Data Analyst – Power BI, SQL, Data MappingLocation: Remote- TorontoDuration: 12 MonthsExperience Required: 10+ YearsRole Overview:We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions by analyzing, validating, and visualizing data. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into reporting solutions.

Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Build and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel (DAX, data modelling).

Conduct data profiling and mapping for current and target state.

Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy in all analytics deliverables.

Mentor junior team members and support team knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills:

Advanced Excel and Power BI (DAX, modeling)

Strong SQL skills for data analysis

Data mapping and data validation expertise

Understanding of data quality concepts
