You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, industrialization), lead the Configuration and Change Management (CCM) processes, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of project deliveries.You’ll specifically take care of managing configuration baselines and overseeing change requests, but also ensure team adherence to CCM protocols and lead CCM audits.We’ll look to you for:Leading all aspects of the Configuration and Change Management processesEnsuring the activities and roles defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followedManaging configuration items and ensuring traceability of changes throughout the project lifecycleOrganizing and leading Change Boards to align stakeholders on change requestsDeveloping and delivering CCM training materials, as requiredPerforming CCM audits and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
