Your RoleReporting to the Front Office Manager;In this role, you will:
  • Drive a culture of performance, engagement, and exceptional guest service, ensuring all interactions reflect the hotel’s standards.
  • Greet guests promptly, respond to complaints professionally, implement service recovery when needed, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure team members are trained on Brand Service Standards, consistently follow procedures, and receive feedback to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with policies, daily reporting, labor cost control, revenue management, and financial procedures.
  • Promote teamwork and seamless guest experiences by coordinating with other hotel departments and responding effectively to emergencies or operational challenges.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • ONQ experience is an asset.
  • Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Available to work evenings and overnights including weekends and holidays;
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
