- Own the activation, material development and curriculum design of key seller-focussed training strategies tied to GTM objectives
- Leverage various learning tools with the goal of delivering dynamic learning modules that will engage an adult learner
- Identify & interlock with key stakeholders on specific sales upskilling & training requirements to increase sellers confidence and program sustainment
- Facilitate in-person trainings and equivalent 'train-the-trainer' sessions
- Coordinate training delivery and execution nationally through our regional sales operations teams
- Execute flawless collaboration and consistent communication with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Sales Operations to deliver the required outcomes
- Operate as a change-maker, consistently looking for opportunities to improve our sales motion and transform our sales teams ability to deliver results
- You're the missing piece of the puzzle
- You have a strong track record and experience in Sales Training & Certification
- You have a passion for developing and enabling sales professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes
- You excel in fast-moving, transformative work environments
- You are an excellent communicator and proficient in training facilitation
- You're an ambitious and motivated individual who takes pride in getting the job done
- You 'lean-in' to owning decision making and driving programs across cross-functional teams
- You have a consistent hunger for designing learning paths and initiating change
- Background in telecommunications and digital transformation
- Professional training certification or adult learning experience viewed as an asset
- Experience in strategic consulting viewed as an asset
