You'll work alongside highly skilled, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in leading the first deployment of an ERTMS solution in North America, creating a significant impact on the future of rail transportation. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including project management, installation engineering, procurement, and logistics, ensuring seamless integration of the complete system within Mainline On-Board Signaling scope, and much more.You'll specifically take care of planning and managing on-site activities and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance, but also lead the continuous improvement of installation and testing processes.We'll look to you for:Planning and managing all Mainline Signaling On-Board Site Operations in collaboration with key stakeholders. * Leading the entire installation design lifecycle from system design through detailed design, industrialization and implementation.

Ensuring the integration and installation of the complete system, including test and commissioning activities.
Taking end-to-end accountability for quality, cost, delivery, and performance for the project scope.

Ensuring compliance with EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards.Managing and organizing site activities, including facilities, resources, access, and tools.Coordinating procurement and logistics activities for installation and testing equipment.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
