
Customer Service Advisor

- Answering inbound calls pertaining to customer service and billing support.
- Accurately explaining a customer's bill, identifying an overdue balance, and answering account balance questions.
- Process credit card payments and assist with pre-authorized payment setup and modification.
- Understanding and explaining promotional offers to customers and confidently resolving disputes.
- Supporting inquiries and offering assistance with client products, services and applications.
- Offering entertainment packages and service solutions that add value to the customer and fit their unique lifestyle and financial needs.
- Escalation services to manage complaints that require a Team Leader or Supervisor to make decisions based on guidelines and procedures set out by client.
- Meet KPI targets as set by management and the client.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Effective communication skills.
- Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Punctual, is consistently at work and on time.
- Ability to navigate computer applications comfortably.
- Call center experience an asset but not a requirement.
