- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, managing KPIs, performance, and pipeline execution.
- Build, manage, and close pipelines for new strategic mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Own the entire enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through consultative selling and by serving as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
- Maintain a strong focus on revenue targets to ensure company-wide sales goals are met.
- Regularly meet with prospects, partners, and clients to strengthen relationships and drive opportunities.
- Identify, build, and maximize strategic partnerships with existing and potential partners.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to develop pipeline within key vertical markets.
- Maintain active communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Dealers to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Develop deep knowledge of target geographic regions and industries that support the company's strategic goals.
- Attend local events and trade shows to expand the partner network and generate new leads.
- Use CRM tools daily to maintain accurate records of prospects and clients.
- Input, track, and forecast pipeline activity in real time.
- Experience working in fast-paced sales environments; global payments or FX experience is preferred but not required.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial insight and financial acumen to identify new verticals, partnerships, and revenue models.
- Collaborative and skilled in building strong internal and external networks to support a high-performance sales culture.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, propose effective solutions, and close business.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and generating significant revenue.
- Ideally familiar with online payment platforms, APIs, and possessing an established industry network.
- Successful track record in mid-size to large business environments.
- Hands-on, quota-driven sales professional comfortable engaging regularly with enterprise clients, prospects, and partners.
- Strong presentation abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Capable of positioning and implementing complex solutions for C-level stakeholders.
- Proven success in securing new business and supporting others in closing sales opportunities.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills with a focus on new business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including crafting proposals and RFP responses.
- Ability to manage client relationships and support team skill development.
- Strong follow-up discipline to drive opportunities through the sales process.
- Ability to create profitable pricing strategies.
- Self-motivated and effective in a sales-driven environment.
- Highly analytical with strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable sales leadership role.
- Experience in a FinTech or banking environment is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Highly proactive and self-driven.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields).
