- Strong working knowledge of accounting standards, sector-specific best practices, and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Windows) and experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Hyperion, SmartView).
- Advanced ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and apply project/change management concepts.
