Adecco is currently hiring for a Project Manager/Engineer - Site Development to join a growing team in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary, bonus, and a full suite of benefits. This role is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with experience managing civil infrastructure or site development projects.Salary: $100,000-$130,000 + bonus + benefits + vacation + stocks + RSP + other perksLocation: Kitchener, ON | Hybrid (servicing the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge/Guelph areas)Job Type: Full-time | PermanentSchedule: Monday - Friday |Why apply:Work on impactful, challenging infrastructure projects in a collaborative environmentCompetitive compensation package with growth potentialOpportunity to engage in business development and expand your professional networkBe part of a dynamic team shaping the region's developmentResponsibilities:Lead planning, execution, and delivery of site development and infrastructure projects within budget and on scheduleBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as their main point of contact throughout the project lifecycleIdentify new business opportunities in the region and contribute to proposal preparation, project scoping, and RFP responsesOversee design and technical aspects of projects, including grading, servicing, stormwater management, and site plan reviewsManage financials for projects, including budgeting, invoicing, progress payment certificates, and accounts receivableParticipate in project and client meetings, providing clear communication and status updatesProvide guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirementsContribute to business development initiatives and company growthRequirements:Must be eligible to work and reside within CanadaDegree or Diploma in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in project management within an engineering consulting environmentProfessional designation (P.Eng. or C.E.T.) or in progressStrong knowledge of site development processes, municipal standards, and relevant legislationProficiency with MS Office and familiarity with engineering software/toolsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindsetDemonstrated ability to lead teams and projects to successful outcomesCompensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits + Vacation + Stocks + RSP + other perksIf you're an ambitious professional with a passion for delivering high-quality civil infrastructure projects and developing strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!
