- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, web)
- Own the content calendar and oversee content creation across platforms
- Collaborate with sales to align on lead generation and pipeline goals
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report on performance (and actually use the data to improve things)
- Maintain and optimize marketing tools (CRM, email platform, analytics)
- Support brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign strategy
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Solid project management skills-you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear communicator who works well across teams
- Experience in a fast-paced or agency environment
- Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows
