About the RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution-perfect for someone who enjoys both building the plan and rolling up their sleeves to bring it to life.What You'll Do
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, web)
  • Own the content calendar and oversee content creation across platforms
  • Collaborate with sales to align on lead generation and pipeline goals
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance (and actually use the data to improve things)
  • Maintain and optimize marketing tools (CRM, email platform, analytics)
  • Support brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
What You Bring
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign strategy
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Solid project management skills-you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Clear communicator who works well across teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a fast-paced or agency environment
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows
