- Lead sales and marketing efforts targeting general contractors, developers, consultants, and property owners
- Execute annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Own and actively manage the sales pipeline, including follow-up on all estimates and bid opportunities
- Launch and manage the CRM platform in Monday.com to streamline tracking and reporting
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including underdeveloped sectors
- Collaborate with leadership on bid strategy, estimating coordination, and client negotiations
- Promote the full building envelope solution to maximize cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, trade shows, and sponsorships
- Oversee and enhance the company's online presence to increase brand visibility
- Support estimating teams with client communication and value engineering discussions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industry partners
- Provide quarterly reports on sales activity, lead generation, and market trends
- Track KPIs, pipeline forecasts, and revenue performance to inform strategic decisions
- 8-10+ years of sales experience within the construction industry
- Experience in roofing, cladding, or building envelope systems preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial and institutional construction cycles
- Familiarity with estimating processes and technical construction documents
- Knowledge of CCDC contracts, lump sum formats, and tendering processes preferred
- Established network of general contractors, owners, and developers in the local market is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with estimating and executive leadership
- Proficient with CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools
- $100,000 - $128,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives tied to qualified revenue and awarded projects.
