
Project Coordinator

- Responsible for assigned scope of the project and accountable for performing duties that facilitate work progressing with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinates with Engineering to ensure all activities are progressing as per project schedule.
- Coordinates progress meetings, status updates and other planning and execution workshops as needed.
- Working closely with project controls team to provide project cost forecasting, progress tracking, and performance metrics.
- Working closely on behalf of the project organization with the procurement team to support month-end reporting and progress update tracking and monitoring.
- Coordinating closely with quality assurance to ensure all quality requirements of the project are met.
- Liaise with key stakeholders as required generally including engineering, quality, procurement and tooling vendors.
- Maintain a positive relationship with client project counterparts.
- Provides status and progress reports in support of the Project Manager.
- Ensure a strong nuclear safety culture is reinforced continuously.

- 5 years of experience supporting various type of projects in project execution and project controls an asset.
- Experience supporting major projects an asset.
- An appreciation of the importance of Quality Assurance Programs and their significance to the nuclear industry is considered an asset.
