As ATB's next Talent Attraction Partner, you'll be more than just a recruiter; you'll be a true strategic partner, collaborating closely with our hiring leaders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional mid-career and specialized talent. You'll immerse yourself in their business, understanding their unique needs and help to identify the key skills required to achieve their ambitious goals. Your ability to foster meaningful connections and create exceptional experiences for everyone involved in the hiring process - keeping both candidate and customer needs at the forefront - will be paramount. You'll be the architect of a seamless recruitment journey, guiding leaders through every step, managing the candidate experience, and leading educational sessions on talent attraction best practices. Beyond the internal sphere, you'll be a vibrant brand ambassador for ATB, connecting with external talent through community partnerships, events, and other engagements, proudly showcasing ATB as an employer of choice.## AccountabilitiesStrategic Talent Partnership: You'll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our hiring leaders, deeply immersing yourself in their business to understand their unique needs and challenges. You'll then leverage this insight to shape and drive comprehensive recruitment strategies, ensuring we identify and attract top-tier talent that directly impacts the success and growth of their teams and ATB as a whole. This includes expertly managing the full-cycle hiring process for crucial mid-career and highly specialized roles, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.Innovative Talent Attraction and Brand Amplification: You'll be a visionary, constantly exploring and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies that broaden ATB's reach and attract in-demand talent. This isn't just about filling roles; it's about actively engaging with and sourcing amazing individuals, both internally and externally, and showcasing why ATB is the employer of choice. You'll be a dynamic brand ambassador, leveraging social media and community engagements to amplify ATB's story and connect with future talent.Empowering Leaders, Fostering Inclusion and Driving Operational Excellence: You'll empower our hiring leaders with expert consultation, education, and invaluable resources on best practices for inclusive hiring, actively contributing to a more equitable and diverse workforce at ATB. Beyond just advice, you'll be a proactive problem-solver, championing agile solutions and identifying opportunities to create new processes that enhance our talent attraction function, streamline operations, and ultimately deliver a superior experience for both leaders and candidates.Data-Driven Market Intelligence: You'll be instrumental in shaping our talent attraction strategies by continuously gathering and synthesizing market intelligence. This involves cultivating robust relationships with potential candidates across various industries and conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes. The insights gleaned from these activities are then meticulously analyzed and presented to hiring leaders. You serve as a trusted advisor, providing them with crucial, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. This empowers them to make highly informed, strategic talent decisions that are not only efficient but also aligned with our long-term organizational goals and market realities.## Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceSkills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional Relationship Building and Influential Communication: Your superpower lies in connecting with people. You effortlessly engage with individuals at all levels and in diverse settings - from 1:1 conversations to compelling group presentations. Your clear, concise communication skills are matched by your ability to make people feel comfortable, ask insightful questions, and truly understand their needs. This allows you to effectively advocate for and showcase candidates to hiring leaders, highlighting why they are an amazing fit for ATB.
  • Proactive and Growth-Oriented Mindset: You are a natural self-starter with an insatiable curiosity and a relentless drive for continuous learning and development. You're not afraid to venture outside your comfort zone, constantly seeking new knowledge and innovative approaches to attract in-demand talent, even those who might not initially consider ATB. You are a natural innovator, always finding a way to get things done and championing forward progress.
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic business partner, influencing and collaborating with leaders to achieve talent goals, is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle in-house recruitment is essential.
  • Experience within the financial services industry would be a valuable asset.
  • A solid working knowledge of HR and hiring policies and processes.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
## Additional InformationThis is a 12 month term opportunity. You can work from anywhere in Alberta, but you will be required to attend in-person meetings at either ATB Campus in Calgary or ATB Place in Edmonton as needed.Don’t meet all the requirements on the list?
